Dewas Bhopal Corridor Pvt. Ltd. (DBCPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) promoted for development of 4 lane 140 km road from Bhopal to Dewas in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) has awarded the project to SPV on Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) - Toll basis in June 2007 and the scope of project involves detailed design, finance, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of Bhopal – Dewas section from Km 6.800 (Lalghat Square at Bhopal) to Km. 151.600 (Dewas bypass junction).

The project highway is a part of SH-18 and one of most important road link in Madhya Pradesh which connects Bhopal, the State Capital of MP with Dewas, the Industrial Capital of MP along with other important cities like Indore, Ujjain etc. This road is also called as VIP road due to movement of many VIP"s on this road between Bhopal and Indore. Ujjain which is one of the important spiritual destinations of MP is just 40 Km away from the project road.

DBCPL is managing and operating the road at par with the bset industry standard.

The toll plazas located near villages Fanda, Amlaha and Bhourasa of the project are equipped with advanced toll collection system.

The project road serves more than 11,000 vehicles per day.
